Follow @foodloversshop Édito : il était une fois l’été ☀️ Enfin, diront certains, se félicitant de renouer avec ses incontour- nables : la fumée des barbecues (p. 65), les pique-niques buco- liques (p. 74), les litres de glaces crémeuses (p. 92). Avec un peu d’avance, nous avons louvoyé entre trombes d’eau et éclairs pour vous concocter un numéro aussi estival que possible. Car nous y voici. Les vacances sont en vue. Que l’on parte loin ou tout près, peut-être est-ce le moment de nous interroger sur notre rapport à l’assiette... Il y a quelques semaines, nos députés ont planché sur un plan ambitieux : la Loi Agriculture et Alimentation. Le résultat, mitigé aux yeux de nombreux observateurs, esquisse pourtant quelques pistes positives. Certes, le glyphosate reste légal, les menus végé- tariens sont toujours interdits de cantine et l’encadrement de la publicité pour la junk food n’est pas d’actualité. Reste qu’on peut se réjouir des avancées. Dorénavant, on pourra (légalement) acheter des semences tombées dans le domaine public, le doggy bag va petit à petit faire son apparition dans les restaurants, les cantines devront être bio à 50 % d’ici 2022 et les agriculteurs verront (peut-être) leurs revenus légèrement augmenter. Tout irait- il bien sous le soleil hexagonal ? Non. La route reste longue. Autant de raisons de participer au changement en allant, cet été, à la rencontre de ce qui fait aussi notre culture : les marchés ali- mentaires. Il y en aurait 10 683 en France (1), rassemblant souvent de nombreux producteurs et offrant moult occasions de découvrir des spécialités, de tisser une relation avec les agriculteurs et les artisans, de s’initier à de nouvelles recettes... Et d’essayer de prendre de bonnes habitudes. Loin du stress quotidien, c’est le moment de conjuguer ad libitum le quatuor gagnant des aliments : fraîcheur/saison/qualité/diversité. Follow @foodloversshop Hello there, its Alena from here with the best ever sweet potato wedges and guacamole recipe. This is the most popular recipe from my page and im happy to share it with you! For the potatoes: * 3 medium sweet potatoes cut in wedges. * 5 tablespoons of Avocado oil. * Spice mix: 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder (can substitute with chili powder), 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper and salt to taste. Preheat oven to 400F. Mix everything well in a big bowl, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread sweet potato preferably in one layer. Bake for about 40 minutes until crispy. I prefer checking every 20 minutes to check if ready and turn over if necessary (depends on the type oven). If you'd like to add crispiness, broil for a couple of minutes at the end. For guacamole 🥑: * 3 mashed avocados. * 1 small diced onion. * 2 cut into small cubes tomatoes. * 2 gloves of garlic,minced. * Juice of 1 lime. * Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl and enjoy! @foodloversshop
